    Hey serhiilymar92​, 

    Are you seeing the same issue if you try using a different browser or device to update that info?

    If that's still not letting you make any changes to your account, it will be best to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details. We are unable to make any changes to your account here on the forums.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
