please help me on my friends account

hello. i have recently made an ea account for an xbox account and cant unlink the old one off. please help me the very best yall can. thanks

and if yall need the info to anything let me know. but i dont need any help with my account. just my friends.

No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.
The link to EA's Support is here.
In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
Click on "See all Help Topics"
Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
Click "Continue without logging in"
Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us"

Just to add as this post reads like it's not about your account, sgtblue73, that the owner of the EA Account will need to follow the steps from danisoff. EA Help can only assist the account holder themselves.
