Pls send me a code on my eamil

i just repurchased NFS Unbound and for the first time NFS Heat and when i put my ID/gimail and password they either don't send me a code or say that i already have a steam account linked .

i tried to unlink my steam account and it still says hat i have an account linked already and that i can't have more than 1 accounts linked to my EA account for the rest of my life .

i just want a code so i can play my game in peace i bought it trough steam so pls EA let me play my game.
