When you create a new case, you can select available contact options, either email or chat, depending on the issue category.

    When I finally managed to find that “Contact Us” button under the “Game installation issue” category, (In the "EA account" or "App" category, that button wasn’t even there - I’ve already written there hundreds of times.)
    They replied with a standard canned response (First, go through this checklist to troubleshoot installation issues...) - they didn’t even read my message!
