problem mi games
Why have my paid games from a few years ago disappeared, they are nowhere to be found, I paid then, you were supposed to give me the games, but you said there were no problems and that I could download the paid games at any time.

If you've confirmed that the correct account is being used, I think it'd be worth contacting EA Help about this so they can see what's happened. You should be able to open a case or have a live chat at help.ea.com.
