PSN account is linked to a disabled EA e-mail adress

Hi, so i'm trying to link my EA account to my PSN account but I can't because the site says it's already linked to *******@disabled.ea.com something. I'm pretty sure EA support has to unlink that acc...

Yeah, had to get in contact with an advisor and they unlinked my old account for me. I just linked it with my PSN ID and it works. Thanks!
