Psn account linking
I’ve had my EA account for over 5 years and I’m trying to connect my new PSN account to it. The new PSN account has not previously been used with an EA game. However, whenever I try to connect it, I get a message saying “Retry logging into PSN,” and refreshing or trying again does not fix the issue. Could an EA Support representative please check my account and help manually resolve the PSN linking issue or link my new PSN account to my existing EA account? I want to continue using my existing EA account and keep its progress and purchases.

Just to confirm, did you have a PlayStation account linked to the same EA account in the past?
If so, I'm afraid you won't be able to link a new PlayStation account, even if the previous one has been unlinked. This is because an EA account can only be linked to one PlayStation account in its lifetime. If you want to switch PlayStation devices, you can do so by signing in to the new device with the PlayStation account linked to your EA account.
Generally speaking, if you'd like to play using a different PlayStation account, you'll need a new EA account as well. However, if you haven't already, you could try reaching out to live support to see if they can help override the original account link. Please note that unlinking accounts always comes with some risks, so if you're noticing any missing content or progress, you'll need to relink the original accounts to try recovering them.
