With any type of sanction, these are investigated by our Terms of Service team and not by Community Managers. We have no actual bearing on these in any way.

Once a sanction is applied, the player has to file an appeal for any of these to be investigated. They determine if the sanction is just or a false ban. That is not up to us here.

The intention of this thread was the hope that someone of relevance at EA saw this, then investigated and subsequently was addressed. I'm still seeing instances of people getting banned for the most inane reasons. The AI acting on these in game comments is absurd. The general process is ban first, investigate later (roughly 5 days later if you're lucky) by what appears to be another AI as opposed to an actual human being.
