Need help with ban

I appealed my ban and the status is now stuck on "Waiting on Player". I checked my email and the case history and there is no contact from anyone.

The case is Case #230546016.

What do I do?

    Hi Muhammad_Ameen​,

    Usually when a case is set to "Waiting on Player" it means there has been an email sent out and they are waiting to hear back from you. Sometimes the emails can get routed through to the Spam or Junk folders, could you double-check those folders just in case?

    Failing that, if you can't see a message from Terms of Service about your ban appeal, and the case is still set to "Waiting on Player" it might be a good idea to contact our support team. They can't look into bans for you, but they may be able to clarify the "Waiting on Player" status and help put your mind at ease about the ban appeal efforts.

    To reach our support team, open the guide below and scroll to the bottom to click on the 'Contact Us' button. That'll open a support ticket form you can fill out and submit from there.

    I have checked my emails and all relevant folders they could have been routed to and there is no email. I also contacted the live support chat and everyone I spoke to said the same that I should have received an email but nothing has come through yet.
