Request to Change EA Account Email Linked to My PlayStation Account
Hello EA Support,
I’m having an issue with the EA account linked to my PlayStation ID. This PlayStation account is connected to an old EA account, and although I still know the email and password for that EA account, I’m unable to access it because of two-step verification.
When I try to log in, the system prompts me to enter a verification code sent to either the linked phone number or email — but I don’t receive any code via either method. As a result, I’m locked out and cannot manage or update the account.
What I’d like to do is change the EA account linked to my PlayStation ID to a new EA account using this email. This new EA account is the one I use on PC and already has progress in Apex Legends.
Please help me transfer or relink my PlayStation Apex Legends progress to this new account, or let me know the steps I need to take to resolve this issue.

Hi there. An advisor should be able to help unlink the account. However, that will mean all content and progress will be lost when it's connected to a new EA account.
