Retrieve Old Account - Email Host No Longer Active

I have tried to submit a ticket but it won't complete, so I thought I'd ask here.
I've a very old account, which has BF3/ 4 / MOHW all connected but the ISP no longer use any of the old email addresses and I can't access the account.
I also have a separate account which has BF6 on it, which is this account.
Is it at all possible to retrieve the old account and somehow add it to a separate email address and how can that be done please, as in, do I need to contact someone to do it?
I can provide name, DoB, address, even my old Battle Log info, screenshots etc and old email address. But I have no access to that whatsoever.
To make things worse, it was inadvertently linked with an X-Box account, but I can look into that after addressing this.
So again, I can provide all necessary credentials, DoB, name and address, but I would really be keen to regain access over my old account please.

After many times through chats, I finally found what the issue was. Even though the old email account was locked, the backup email worked after a password reset and I gained access to my account.
This was only achievable via the chat if anyone else comes across this. You need to request account recovery and they will help there.
But be warned, you need to make sure all security questions are accurate and have proof. Once that happens, everything will show in your account after a re-login. This is for an account that is 16 years old, so it may take a few times if you have forgotten most things.
