Re: DLC purchased on Steam not usable on Mac + conflicting EA support guidance

Hi, I bought a Sims 4 expansion pack on Steam. My Steam account is already linked to my EA account, but the pack is not showing or installing in the EA App on my Mac. Can you help me sync or activate it?
