Sanctions due to politicians. My launcher works, I can run games, but I can't link my phone to activate additional security. SMS messages aren't sent to Belarus. Apparently, something broke on the servers, and it's been that way for quite some time. Or the service responsible for sending SMS messages to Belarus has stopped doing so.
