Steam and Ea account not linking

I am having an issue with my steam and Ea account. My EA account wont link up with my steam account claiming that my steam is already linked to the same account? 

I really need help, thank you

    Hi there, 

    You can check if your accounts are already linked by checking the Connections tab in your EA Account settings portal.

    If they're already linked you shouldn't need to link them again to play your games. If you're getting any error messages when trying to launch your games, please let us know.
