Stuck,.. wrong ea account attached to xbox

HELP! I am trying to link my sons xbox account to his ea account and ea is saying that his xbox account is already linked to another ea account I don't know. How can I disconnect his xbox account so that I can reattach it to his actual ea account?

    and the problem is there is nowhere to contact EA because chat says it doesn't help with this issue.
