I am trying to connect my Xbox account to my EA account, but I am not receiving the verification code. The code is being sent to an old email address, which I no longer have access to.
Could you please help me update the email address on my EA account or help me recover access to it?

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details. They'll need to verify some additional details similar to what you had initially included in your post.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
