Are you sure that you didn't redeem the code, can you check your packs to see if it is there?

I’ve got the same issue, please fix it the amount of problems with this years game makes me feel like I shouldn’t buy next years

I contacted EA Help regarding same issue, claimed the perk, pack never arrived and they’re helpful advice? Post problem here cos someone might know how to fix it. Complete waste of time.
