Support contact

Good day. 

an advisor on the EA help chat told me to contact support. He said to send an email and attache proof of my problem. Where do i find the email address?

    If you're hoping to connect with support, please fill out this web form. You'll be redirected to a self-service page that'll include either the option to email or chat with live support, where you can share that proof with an advisor.

    Simonedup​ Hmm, that's interesting.

    I know this isn't ideal since you've already contacted an advisor, but it'd be best if you reach out again to confirm and get a second opinion on where to send that information. When you do reach out, try to include that proof in the web form, and when requested in-chat.

    Thanks so much for the feedback.  

    Unfortunately, it was exactly through the advisor i was communicating to ons the serf service page, He told me to get in contact with someone from support to send the proof.
