Support robot is stonewalling me
I was in the middle of a support chat with an agent (the fourth I've had to speak to today) when the tab suddenly closed on it's own. It took about five minutes to even get the help website to give me a 'contact us' promp (it keeps hiding it) but that just put me back on with the stupid robot.
Now it's talking in loops and refuses to put me through to a real person. Every time I mention my actual issue (missing dlc is Mass Effect 3) it just transfers me to a useless article and closes itself.
No you stupid machine, I need an actual person to server-side enable the DLC that I have paid for.
Does anyone have a link to a real support feature, or a magic series of words I can type to force it to put me through to a real person?
I can access my case file in https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/ but there's no option to resume, and I can't even start a new ticket because the stupid robot won't cooperate.
