There is a problem with my EA account.

Hello, my EA account was stolen in the past. I recovered my account later. However, when I try to send an email to EA support, another gmail appears. How can I fix this? When I recovered my account, I entered my own gmail and even when I look in the EA app, my own email appears, but in EA support, another gmail appears

    Hey talha7806,

    As these forums are visible to everyone, please don't share any full email addresses here even if they're not your own. 

    It may be worth opening a new incognito mode window and contacting support that way to see if that address still appears, or if it may just be showing a previous address due to cached information.

    You can also just log out of the account when creating a case. You'll be prompted to sign back in, but should have the option to Continue without logging in so the support team can take a closer look. If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information, the support team should be able to help make sure everything on the account is accurate.
