Hi Boogi59,
The best thing to do in this case is to continue trying to open a case with EA Help. While it's entirely up to you, if you request a chargeback then your entire EA account will likely be banned.
If you're not able to get a chat at the moment on the EA Help site, try using it while logged out (if you're asked to login, select the option to continue without logging in). Quite often that will make the chat option appear again. If you can't get a chat at all, then you'll need to use the email case option I'm afraid.
