After chatting to two different agents and them not finding a solution to my issue (A simple refund) they told me to wait a bit and it should show up in the refund tool.
Well it didnt, and now i cant get in touch with support in any way at all. No cases get created and live chat doesnt exist for me anymore...
Way to scam your users EA..
