Timers

E A, please remove this silly timer from doing the train dispatching. It is ridiculous and these are the reasons why

1. having to produce the multiple items required to dispatch 
2. having to wait for items to be produced due to upgrades of buildings etc which require same items
3. need to sleep occasionally 
4. passengers and cargo either not both on same train.
5. increase the quantity that we can dispatch on the cargo cars. Minimum of 3 per car to a max of 20 per car as some requirements are 20+        
         
   We await with bated breath to see if this gets implemented
