Broken Ad Loop - Forge of Empires - Tab S9 FE / Android 16
Im currently experiencing a frustrating issue with a specific advertisement: 'Forge of Empires'. The ad plays until the end, and the 'X' to close it appears after 'Reward Granted'. However, the 'X' is completely unresponsive. I have to use the Android 'Back' button to return to the game, but then I don't receive my reward. The worst part is that this specific ad keeps reappearing in a loop, making it impossible to collect any bonuses. Since the Service 2.0 rollout on my SamsungTab S9 FE (SM-X510), the game has been struggling with performance anyway, and this broken ad loop makes it even harder to participate in COM or the Design Challenge. Is anyone else having trouble with this specific spot or similar unresponsive UI elements in ads after the update? It’s very disruptive. Thanks for any help!"92Views2likes5CommentsLet's expand our city's!
We need more land to put all the earned buildings, as a player from the first day, my main city and regions are full. The Services 2.0 roll-out made me build more services to cover the same region... So, if EA want me to buy the CoM pass again, i need some more space. Why should I invest in the pass when i can't put the earned buildings in my city?67Views2likes3CommentsBuildings from the old seasons of the mayor's pass
Dear developers, I wanted to share an idea for the game. The beauty of playing Simcity Buildit, beyond the strategy, is being able to build your own world however you want, And the Mayor's Pass buildings offer unique freedom. It's just a shame for those who started playing later (Example: I'm starting this season now and I see buildings from older seasons and I say, "Wow, I wish I had that.") or simply wish they were never available again after the season. It would be nice to be able to have them even after, for example, with a paid pass or with other missions. This would give greater creative freedom than what everyone wants when they install the game. I hope I have been clear, and I hope you will accept my request. I am open to a peaceful discussion and I wish you a good day.31Views1like0Comments💭Services 2.0 - Full Rollout - Feedback Thread

Usually the last week of the Mayor’s contest is double points (was previously 4 weeks, now 3) is this not available this season? I have 6 days 13 hours left on the season so this is the last week right but as far as I can see points have not increased - or if they have it’s not double… am I missing something?Solved116Views1like5CommentsUnlawful Advertising
EA, The past couple of weeks we have seen advertisements in the gaming platform for Simcity Buildit that according to Federal and our Sate law is illegal and it violates those laws. What are we talking about? THC products. We have contacted the in-game help to alert them about this. They have sent a reply saying: "we will make a detailed case for this and send to the appropriate channels". Just like all of the other issues we have let them know of - and nothing ever gets accomplished. So we will use this forum to get these ads removed. Each of the Federal and State laws (that we live in) state: you cannot use TV, multimedia, and/or a platform that involves minors to advertise on. Plus if an ad is allowed there, it has contain a warning about the side effects and or health related issues. The ads we have seen in SCBI do not contain these warnings. So take this as a notice to remove these advertisements or we will report our findings to the appropriate authorities. Thank youSolved207Views3likes6CommentsYou guys officially ruined the game
Instead of fixing problems we had you guys keeps on adding problems to this game I will write down a small list of what i can think of but they are probably many more 1)you made the game pay to win only..one of the important reasons people loved this game is that paying didnt gave you advantage of points over free players only made it easier...but now every week you just offering points for cash... You just ruined it..now its pay to win only 2)- i am playing the contest every week.. trying to be at top 6 and yet i keep on loosing golden tickets more then i can possibly gain...it is ridiculous.. leading to the same problem if you don't pay we won't let you play 3) you guys banning some players without them making anything wrong while the hackers in game are free to play all the time..this is a joke 4) some milestones are ridiculously hard while others are too easy... Why do we need to build so many residential homes? Or why do we need to p&c so many items? This is have no proportion to the tasks we have... On the other side you can do train milestones harder and give more points... There should be more balance on the points we get from each milestone 5) all this dog and cat event is so stupid i have over 1000000 green coins but they all useless your exchange rates is ridiculous... Again pay to play and watch ads.. 6) vu pass. First you made it longer and reduced the prizes...and now you made it way too short but the prizes remained very small And the list goes on and on...it seems like you guys decided its pay to play only game and doing everything you can in order to push players out of this game... I played for many years now...but you ruined every single piece of fun this game had The odds anyone will read it and actually do something about it probably very small... But i made my effort before i will leave the game like many others will111Views7likes1CommentSame product, lower values for veteran players
Recently I've found that the Mayor's Passes are just not worth it anymore. Let's be honest, a veteran player who's got everything unlocked has no use for City Expansion Deeds, city expansion items, mountain and beach items or regular coins. Yes, you can sell some of these things for regular coins - but who needs those when you're sitting on millions and with nothing to spend them on once you've fixed the Services 2.0 disaster? Regular Simdollars are just poorly integrated into the rest of the game these days - we need all sorts of other coins but we can't exchange one for the other. Meaning you collect a lot of useless coins and useless stuff that can only be sold for more useless coins. While you're lacking in coins that you do need. What's the point of this and how does it make sense? Here's my proposal: Assuming there won't be a direct exchange mechanism between types of coins ... At least allow players who literally cannot use certain items from the MP to exchange them for Sim Cash (the green ones, obviously). Or just let us pick a different reward from the Pass, like storage expansion items, Neo Simdollars, Train or Regional simdollars. Perhaps even Design Contest coins. I'm at the point where half the stuff in the MP is just completely useless to me. I have no room for new buildings, the only thing I can still do is collect more trees or more coins for use in the Design Contest. It's honestly the only part of the game that's still interesting to me anyway, so if you want me to buy the MP, make sure there's something in there that I can use in the DC.123Views3likes2CommentsAbout that DC coins offer ...
Every Design Contest, there's an offer to get some keys and more coins. It's like 6 or 7 dollars for the bundle. I bought it once, never again, because those coins can only be used in a single contest. The keys and the small amount of sim cash don't make it worth it, not for that price. So here's my idea: Keep the price the same for all I care. But at least extend the coin increase the player gets to the entire DC season. You buy the pass, you get 23.000 instead of 15.000 coins for the entire season, not just one match. I would like to be able to build special roads in the DC, but obviously I'm not going to spend 7 dollars for every match, cause that would mean like 56 dollars in total each month. To build roads in a city that disappears once the match is over. This isn't a reasonable price, in my opinion. 7 dollars for a full month would be more acceptable. What might also be an idea: Allow us to build a DC bank (one that lasts), much like the Neo bank. Maybe we can spend some blueprints every season on it, so that our coin capacity increases every season. For example: you expand your bank once, you get 16.000 instead of 15.000 coins at the start of each match. Another increase, you get 17.000 and so on. Players who don't care much about some of the buildings in a certain season, they could instead expand their DC coins capacity so that they can make nicer designs when a season with more interesting rewards arrives that they do want to fully commit to. Just an idea that might be worth considering.34Views0likes0Comments
