Train pass paid for with REAL CASH yet items NOT GIVEN

I bought the first Train Pass with real cash but I didn’t receive the 3 train items of each kind.

 When I highlighted my case to EA’s non existence ‘customer service’, I was asked to provide 1 screenshot after another to prove my purchase. When purchase with real cash was proven, screenshot of missing items was asked next. How stupid could they get when the next train pass had started and what I didn’t receive was from the previous pass? Lucky I took a screenshot of the train items (of the 1st pass) to show a friend of the rewards. This stupid ‘ customer service’ guy had the nerve to tell me I didn’t claim yet. They clearly don’t bother to play nor learn of the game. In this current pass the train items were in T21(premium pass) T6(foc pass) not in the same tier like in the 1st train pass. EA should have ppl who bothers to play their game to serve as their customer service agents instead of ppl who are just there to irritate!

 Next I was given a link that recommends to uninstall the game, switch device off and on, reinstall game. I’ve to take the risk of losing my city of more than 6 years for this. Yet my missing items which I paid for didn’t appear

 Next instead of bringing my case to EA’s technical staff, I was advised to highlight my own case in EA’s forum myself. 
If that was the case: 

  1. Why have ‘ customer service’ who only irritates further with their ignorance?
  2. Why not straight mention ‘we are not going to do anything but irritate you’, best you highlight your own case in EA forum

instead of wasting my time with non existent ‘customer service’

 anyone facing this PAID FOR WITH REAL CASH but yet DIDN’T RECEIVE items?
