Missing Weekly Task - COM
I would like to report an issue with my SimCity account where 3 of my completed weekly tasks have gone missing. I am 100% certain that I have not yet claimed them, as I usually collect my weekly tasks on the last day, Wednesday. The missing tasks are very frustrating because I had already completed them, and now I am unable to claim the rewards. I have tried troubleshooting by restarting both of my phones where my account is linked, but the problem persists. Could you please investigate and help restore the missing tasks or rewards?Himeji Castle and Ten Tokyo Building Requirement
Hi, I noticed yesterday that I can no longer get the Himeji Castle landmark building - I completed the "task" or "mission" or whatever it was to build ten tokyo homes and build the Himeji Castle.. YEARS AGO. Since completing that task / mission / annoying clipboard thing, I've demolished the Tokyo town homes in my capital because I don't want any in my capital. However, as of yesterday, I can no longer spend gold keys to get a new Himeji Castle. Why is this, if someone completes those missions, why do they still need to have the homes built in their capital to build that building? Can you please fix this. Nobody should be blackmailed into having particular building types in their capital in order to build a building. Let the players design things the way they want. And I certainly don't want Tokyo town buildings in my capital. I don't like them. THIS IS A SUGGESTION ABOVE ALL. NOBODY SHOULD BE FORCED TO KEEP CERTAIN BUILDING TYPES IN ORDER TO GET A LANDMARK BUILDING.About City Delete Button

Just Tap And Tapping Yes Will Be Delete the City Immediately was Too Much Harsh,, please add a Time step like, 7 Days Confirmation and then Deleted Automatically, And Also Cancel Within the 7days.. I am not gaining any CoM points (green plumbobs) towards my CoM rank at all. They're adding in when I look at my clubs scores, and I'm also on the leadership board, they're showing there, however im stuck at the CoM level 50, not gaining anything. Ive reached out to customer support and their response was, "ya that sucks, you should post this on the EA forum. Maybe an expert will see it".. Ive provided screenshot and videos to them, and they said they see the issue on the recording but can't recreate the problem on their end.
Black textures in Landscape Design
Hi everyone! Please help me with a problem: in the Landscape Design section, some elements are displayed as black instead of normal textures. Device: Xiaomi 14T Android 15 (AP3A.240905.015.A2) Game version: 1.68.1.143026 What I tried: Restarting the game Clearing the cache Reinstalling the app Rebooting the phone Result: Nothing helps, the problem remains. Good afternoon community, I would like to report an issue that prevents me from accessing the Cactus Canyon region, where all my factories and shops are located. The game crashes and closes automatically. I play on a OnePlus 9 Pro, running SD888 and Android 14. I've tried accessing it from other devices, but while I can access this region, the game crashes in the same way with Verde Valley. If I can't access my factories and shops, I can't play anymore. It's absolutely frustrating. Anyone else having problems like this and the garbage spaghetti code in this game?
