Ad Issue - Ads play but no rewards given
Arizona, Samsung Galaxy A5 Since the last start of the last season I've been having issues with the ads. Sometimes the glitch and don't play or they play but don't give the rewards. I thought it would be fixed with the new season but it seems to have gotten worse. Has anyone else had any issues like this.Mountain Zone Grid Bug / Desync & Shrinking Tiles after Land Expansion
Platform / Device: Android (Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra) Game Area: Capital City - Mountain Zone Description of the Issue: I am experiencing a persistent grid calculation and desync error in the Mountain zone of myCapital City, which seems to have occurred after a recent land expansion. Steps & Current Behavior: I temporarily stored two Mountain objects to use them in a Design Challenge. When trying to place a 4-tile mountain object back into its original, completely emptyspot, the game blocked the placement. The available space seems to have mathematically shrunk by a fraction (about half a tile).I can successfully place and store a 3-tile object in that gap, but the 4-tile object nolonger fits. Desync / Rubberbanding: The objects located immediately to the left and right of thisbugged gap cannot be adjusted. When I try to move them slightly, they immediately snapback to their original position, indicating a server-client sync issu e around this specifictile. Additional Context: I also recently connected my external railway network, but the track connection is located faraway from this affected mountain area. Clearing the local game cache did not resolve the deadtile. Expected Behavior: The mountain grid should retain its proper dimensions after land expansions so that 4-tileobjects can be returned to their legal, previous placements without bounding box conflicts.Facebook Account Already Linked to Another City? Can't Restore My Old Progress
Every time I try to connect my Facebook account to restore my progress, I get this message: "[Sorry, Mayor!] This account is already linked to another city. We cannot log you in to this account." The thing is, my Facebook account is linked to my old city, where I had made a lot of progress. I've never had this issue before and was always able to log in normally. Has anyone experienced this before or found a fix? I'm worried about losing my old city. Any help would be appreciated.Hackers
We need optionts to report players, i would like the option when in war to click on the opponent and send complaint, its in war you see them, so for me to go out of war and remeber name, city, team and population is so backwards, and most of the time i cant even wright the name of the opponent, so please make it so we can report, on an easy styleGame Keeps Crashing…..
Hey guys hope you’re all well. My game keeps crashing back to my main menu on my iPad. I have plenty of storage on the iPad but also I have deleted other games and apps to make sure that it still keeps crashing. For instance, I try and and click the Specialisation button, it freezes, cut out of the game completely and goes back to my main menu.. please help as I have haven’t been able to play any extra games inside the game, love from Ireland.
