Icons for items suddenly shrunk in size
Today, SimCity Buildit started displaying icons for items - from factories and commercial shops, for example - at about half the size they were yesterday. I've attached a screenshot where I've zoomed in as far as possible. Notice two things: the HUD overlay is properly sized: for example, the population counter is the same size as it was yesterday as are the icons at the bottom left of the screen and at the far right. But the flour sacks, pizzas, hammers, etc. shown in the middle of the screen - as well as factory items which are not shown - are very small and do not get bigger as I zoom. In other words, they are the same small size whether I'm zoomed all the way out or all the way in. They are much smaller than they were yesterday. They're so small that they are difficult to press my finger on them. The game is playable but more tedious. I've restarted the game and my phone, but it didn't help. Any ideas how to get them back to normal size? I'm playing on a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running the latest version of Android. SCBI is also up-to-date.Connecting train tracks crashes game
In Sunny Isles, far side of the train bridge, when trying to connect a station from that side it won't connect to the bridge, and gives the error as shown. I tried deleting all roads near the bridges and retrying, then it gives an outside of game area error when trying to lay track. I also tried to delete the road connector (using the buldozer) at the end of the road bridge and it crashes the game.
Certain Green Valley Zone Building clipping into other buildings
This specific Green Valley Zone building (see image for example) does not sit center like all of the other buildings in the game. It clips over the boundary and into an adjacent building and leaving a thin strip of ground where the building should be.
Bug In Sunny Isles Train Track
So somehow on the bridges between the Islands on the Sunny Isles map a street is going between the highway on the bridge and the train tracks and it glitched together so if there is no street connected to the tracks my game crashes, okay but my train also doesnt go to the over island because i cant connect the tracks. this is pretty annoying ruins my train layout :( please fix this bug ASAPNo daily rewards?
For the past two days I have not been able to get the daily $15 simoleon rewards. I’ve clicked the link on the website that says “click to get your daily reward,” and it just brings me to the store where you can buy simoleons and sim cash and all that. Does anybody know what’s going on? I play on my iPad, I don’t know if that makes a difference.☹️🤷🏼♀️MY CASH WAS GLITCHED AWAY 3x NOW
I have purchased the $4.99 cash on sim city multiple times. The last 3 times I would come back on the game and my money would be gone. I spent way too much money on this game and I really feel like this is an inconvenience. I tried to find a restore purchases feature but they don’t have it. I was supposed to have 150 sim cash after buying the 250 sim cash for $4.99 I can remember how much I had left for the other 2 times because I thought they were just small mistakes. But this has happened 3 times and I’m honestly gonna just delete the game if this keeps happening.
