I had a similar situation a while back when I couldn’t access the email linked to my EA account anymore. What helped me was going through the account recovery steps and contacting EA support with proof of purchase. Since you mentioned you still have the receipts, that should really help verify the account ownership. It can take a little time, but usually support is able to restore access once they confirm the details. Hopefully you’ll be able to get your Sims 4 expansions back soon.
