Trying to link my EA account with PSN

Linked Accounts Found

Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation™Network account XXXXXX already linked to your EA Account for d9*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation™Network account in its lifetime.

How do I fix this, please?
