trying to log in and it says a different email than my own

What to do if your EA Account has been hacked 

Is there anything that can be done here? My gamertag has also been registered through EA to another email address. online help is absolutely useless. Ive spent 4 hours on various chats who ask the same questions then can't do anything. I've had my gamertag since the start of xbox live, now can no longer plan any EA games online. Im so pissed off. Please can someone help me with this

I have spent 6 hours on this in the last 12 hours trying to recover my gamertag. EA support keep asking for account verification information, the registered email address has been changed (so i would imagine the hacker could also change all the other information too) and i keep failing the verification. I genuinely dont know why it is so hard for me to get the account back while it was clearly so easy for the hacker to get access in the first place, thanks to EA's bag of poo security back in 2022. EA support/moderator I have requested my case be escalated but the chat support just force close the ticket. I find this completely unacceptable, ive had this account since 2008. I've spent countless hours on $ in the EA platform. This is beyond ridiculous. Please help me.
