Thank you for your response. I have contacted EA Support via Live Chat more than 10 times over the past 2 years. Every time they ask for verification which is impossible because the email domain does not exist ([edit: email address removed]). Live Chat is now completely blocked for this account — it shows "Game Advisors are unable to assist with this issue" when I try to contact them. I am stuck in a loop: Support says "contact us again", but I cannot contact them from this account anymore. The account is empty (no purchases, no subscriptions). I only need it deleted or my Steam unlinked. Is there any way to escalate this case to a senior team member who has the tools to manually delete this account? Thank you!
Again, I can only recommend reaching out to live support as they have the tools to do so. They can't delete an account if they can't verify that you're the owner (which would understandably be a massive account security risk).
You can try reaching out via an incognito tab without logging in. They should have an alternate way to verify you if the email isn't working.
