Unable to change Email

Hey EA help team, your customer service is an absolute nightmare. 😡

I am losing access to my current email and simply need to update it to a new one. Instead of helping, your agents keep giving me the runaround with vague "security issues" or "technical errors" and telling me to "try again later." I have spent hours on useless service.

You refuse to explain the root cause and are effectively locking me out of my own account management, which goes against your own Terms of Service.

Stop asking me to figure it out myself. I need a formal response and a fix NOW.

    I contacted support TWICE. Both times, agents refused to explain the "error," cited vague "security issues," and told me to "try again later."
    Your official "How-To" tutorial is completely USELESS because the system itself is blocking me. Here is the useless guide link, https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/update-ea-account-info/

    Stop sending me generic guides. Stop telling me to wait. I need a HUMAN to override this error.
