Unable to contact EA Support

I am unable to log in to my old account with a different name. I am unable to play BF6. The Help page is only doing so much and brings me back to the same information. I have received zero help from ...

Hello. We can't help with account related issues over the EA Forums. You'll need to contact an advisor again. Normally, they can help with this as long as you can verify ownership. Cases can be opened by hitting the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page. Thank you.
