I went to that site, and it said to log in to my account, then select a topic. I logged into my account, but it would not allow me to select atopic. I tried clicking on the "Chat With Us" link, but it also did nothing.

Okay, I tried that, but still none of the links work. I don't even get the extended finger selection icon when I hover over them, just the standard arrow pointer. Clicking on the EA Help icon in the lower right corner is the only thing that works, but it merely tells me to do things which require verification, and once again, it tries to send the code to the non-existent email address.
Community ManagerAre you using a Chrome browser? If not, try that. It might also be good to us incognito mode to avoid any cookie issues.
