Unable to recover account which is connected to Xbox

Hi Ea, I have been having issues with my account where i am unable to access my account that is connected to my Xbox via twitch. For context i am logged into an EA account via xbox which i presume is using a separate email which i no longer have access to. So playing games and having all my save data works fine. However when i go to claim twitch drops or connect my EA account to my Xbox via the app the app says that my xbox account is connected to another account so this cannot be changed. However discord, twitch and google accept the change. So the issue is ive managed to claim things through twitch but they dont seem to be placed in my Xbox account / game.
