Community ManagerThe chat option might not be available depending on the subject selected.
If you select "EA account" as a product:
and then click on "See all help topics" and select "I want to update my EA account information":
You should get the chat option:
I just went through the contact flow here and the chat option appeared for me.
Please try that out and let us know if this works for you.
