Unable to Resume Support Case on EA Help

End of March, 2026. Have to create a new ticket and explain everything from the start to the finish of previous tickets. For me, it's really fun. Every time I log into the EA App, my games have been removed from my account. Every single time I log into the EA App to play one of them, I have to go to EA Help and have my library restored. I have to create a new ticket sometimes every single day if I am on a game session run. Posting them the previous ticket numbers does no good. They won't read them. I will never buy another game from EA directly again. Steam remembers when I buy something and I don't have to spend 1 to 2 hours a day in support chat to play games.
