You should probably give more details like what is happening, what error you are receiving, etc. Is your console connected to the internet? Are you signed into the playstation network? Are you on WIFI and if so can you try a cabled connection to see if that helps? Is the title up to date? Are you already signed in elsewhere?
That type of stuff

No error message comes up ..I click R2 to sign in, it swirls around then doesn't log me in. Console is connected to the internet and I'm signed in to PSN. All system updates are complete and not signed in anywhere else.

You might have to try a reinstall

This usually happens when EA’s authentication cache on the console gets stuck. A few things that often fix it on PS4:
• Fully close Madden 22, not just suspend it.
• Go to Settings > Account Management and sign out/sign back into your PSN account.
• Clear the PS4 cached data by powering the console off completely, then rebooting.
• If you’ve recently changed your EA login email or password, make sure the PSN account is still linked correctly at EA.com.If none of that works, you can remove the PSN–EA link from EA’s website and relink it; that tends to resolve most login loop issues.
