Unknown EA account linked to my Steam account.

    Have you spoken with our live support team about this, if not you can find them here: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/

    They are the only ones who can assist with account issues.

EA_DarkoWhy is my case auto-closing itself, its status showing resolved. Even though I still cannot link this account to my steam account. The unknown EA account mail is sa*****@parasyemail.ru , which is still linked to my steam account. Whenever I try to resume my case it still remains closed. My case number is Case #202884127. If possible can u guys give me a email address where I can mail my problems directly? Or maybe u guys can convey this thing to them. 

I give can further details about my steam account if its required for de-linking, this unknown EA account. Also kindly fix this EA support auto close glitch without solving anything. Thanks.
