Unlink PSN Account

I've lost access to my old mail (witch I've used for my EA Account), therefor i can't complete the 2 factor unlock.   

EA only shows partial of the creators, for my old email, and it's not enough for me to remember the whole account name.

I just want my psn account unlinked from my old EA account, so I can connect it to my new EA account. 

Is there any way I can unlink my psn from my old EA account without completing the two factor authentication?
