Unlink Xbox account from child account.

So at some point my son set up an EA account. I think one of his cousins might have helped. I have no idea what email it's under.

I need to disconnect his Xbox account from the unknown email account so I can connect it to the newly created account I made for him.

Is there any way to do this through Xbox?
