Unlink Xbox linked account

Hey! Have irritating issue with random linked account that ends with "@disabled.ea.com"

Why cant i unlink that from anywhere??

Dont own the account 

Cant find solution to unlink that

It concerns Xbox Live

I dont need EA play to play a Xbox bought game btw?

Gets the error code on the game Need For Speed 2015...

    Same here.  I opened a case last Saturday, just checked today and the case has 'Resolved' next to it with no advisor contacting me or helping...so I re-opened the case.

    A lot of hassle for just a game...starting to think it might not be worth it.  Seems daft only being able to create ONE EA Account, when people forget passwords or change emails.    :(
