Verification code not sending

I am VERY sure that my email is the right one but it doesn't matter how often I resend the code I never receive a code. I checked my spam, I did all of that but still nothing. I'm scared to log out or anything incase I can't get back. I once tried to log into the same account from another device a few months back and that didn't work either but I deduced that to maybe it having something to do with my account already being logged in to one device at that moment. But now I am not too sure. I asked 'EA Help' of course but they said to activate Two-factor authentication but in order to do that I need to verify my account...I'm just really frustrated. Am I missing something? I would appreciate any type of help!! Thanks in advance <3
