Verification issue

When i start up a FC26 or any EA game if it asks me to verify my account i can't because its tied to an old email that I can no longer access. So I can play online because of this issue. What do I do?

    If the email account was hacked, the best next step is to contact the email provider to regain access to your email. If that's not possible, you can contact EA Help, and they will try to assist you further.

    What if its because the email got hacked? I was able to find out that verification codes are being sent to a secondary email so I can't verify my EA account

    If you’re having trouble making changes to your EA account, please take a look at the following article:

    https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-account/locked-out-of-ea-account/

    If you’re still unable to change the email address on your account or receive the verification codes after following the steps in the article, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Contact us. An EA advisor should then be able to assist you further with your account.
