Why lock my club?

Dear EA Support Team,I am writing to request your assistance regarding my EA Sports Game Club account, which has been locked and I am currently unable to access it.I believe this may have happened due to a security issue or an error. Hi there,
If the account or club has been locked because of a suspension or another enforcement action, you'll need to submit a dispute to the EA Terms of Service team, as they are the team that can review account sanctions.

If there is no suspension or ban showing on the account and this appears to be a security or access issue instead, let us know what message or error you see when trying to sign in and we can help point you in the right direction.
