When i try to log into my account, using my email and password, it logs me into a different account, how do i assure the account i log into is the correct one and that i do not log into someone else'...

no this is not the case i still have my families and builds but the packs have been taken away and i don't know why or how to retrieve them as I've updated and repaired the game
