xbox ----> EA app

wonder if anyone can help, 

 i had just a xbox before the pc,

EA games worked fine. 

Got PC, EA games worked fine.

For some reason now when ever i click to install an EA game via the xbox app, i get 404 error.

EA app show no library, only an option to redeem.

i have tried app recovery, extension disable and reenable.

i have tried to check if the xbox gamertag is paired properly but i can not log in to see as i dont recognise the email, i presume its an email EA assigned through the xbox????

 this is the message i get........

Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account ************* already linked to your EA Account for e6*****@anonymous.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime.

(i removed the gamertag)

Any help would be appreciated .
