I have an ea fc 25 account linked to my xbox now i bought a new ps5 and i want to remove my account from xbox and assign it to my ps5 with my team

Cross-progression is available if you’re playing on the same platform.
For example, you can carry over all of your progress from PlayStation® 4 to PlayStation® 5 or Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S, but not from PlayStation® to Xbox.
