Hi EA i hope i get really fast asnwer to my problem beacuse for weeks i m trying to get a Live chat Agent but no succes on your platform. i have big problem and i cant get help for it.

It can happen that the issue you are facing is one that our live support team cannot assist with and as such, you will not be able to start a case with them
