URGENT: Serious security issue with my EA account

for EA Support:
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of security and competence regarding my EA account. An unknown account was linked to my Steam account without my permission, and despite proving multiple times that I am the legitimate owner of my accounts (except for the one wrongly linked), my issue remains unresolved.

I have invested a significant amount of money into both EA and Steam platforms, yet when I truly need support, I feel abandoned. This is unacceptable. I expect EA to take responsibility, investigate this case seriously, and provide a real solution to unlink the unauthorized account and restore my access.
