A bit hard to find...

Just wanted to drop by and say that I am thankful we have an official forum. I hope that everyone is able to find this and use it for constructive feedback and report bugs/issues upon launch.

Wasn't the easiest thing in the world to find though, there are no direct links from the RA website to this forum, just to the EA forums in general.
